Return Policy
100% Exchange
Cia Jewellery offers a 100% exchange option for its products. If you choose to return the product instead, a shipping charge of Rs.1,000 will be borne by the customer for all jewellery returns under this policy. The jewellery insurance amount is non-refundable.
Exchange Amount
The exchange amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid, including the purchased gold rate, making charges, and taxes. If coupons, discounts, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced accordingly.
Exchange Policy
You are eligible for a 100% exchange within 15 days of purchase.
- If the new product's value is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the new product's value is lower, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.
- Each order can only be exchanged once, after which it falls under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Eligibility and Conditions
- Products showing signs of damage, wear, alterations, or resizing by other jewellers will not be accepted.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as shown on the website with all supporting paperwork.
- Loss of the original certificate incurs a Rs.1,000 deduction.
- Original invoice and certificate are required for exchange/buy-back.
- Products bought from stores other than Cia Jewellery are not eligible.
- The "Non Returnable If Torn" tag must be intact.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via online bank transfer within 21 business days of receiving the product.
- If the payment was made through debit/credit card or net banking, the refund will be processed by reversing the transaction.
- A shipping charge of Rs. 1,000 will be borne by the customer for all jewellery returns under this policy.
Refunds and Digital Wallets
- Returns paid via digital wallets, vouchers, gift cards, or Cia Wallet are eligible for exchange only. Refunds to customer accounts are not applicable.
- If no exchange is decided, the amount will be kept in Cia Wallet for future purchases.
Customised and Bespoke Products
Products designed through our Bespoke service are not eligible for the 7-day Return Policy but will be covered under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or wrong item, we will exchange it free of charge after a quality check upon receipt.
Current Rates and Offers
New orders exchanged for old ones will use current gold rates and offers instead of those from the original order.
How to Return Products within 15 days
- Log in to your Cia Jewellery account and visit My Orders.
- Request a return with reasons for dissatisfaction.
- Preserve the original packaging and item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers, and the original invoice.
- Securely repack the unused item.
Return Packaging Instructions
- Pack the item(s) securely using extra packing material provided with your order. Do not reuse the original shipping packaging.
- Use the provided seal.
- Ensure the shipment is sealed and packed before handing it to the courier. Keep return invoices outside for shipping purposes.
- Take a video while packing and sealing the bag for reference and safety.

- Call: Once the package is ready with all the necessary items, call our Customer Care 18003094043 to arrange for re-shipment.
