Shipping and Delivery
- We normally despatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the India using our logistic partners DHL, Blue Dart, Speed Post, and for domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
- The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 7 days to 10days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.
Refunds will be done in the following cases:
1. Packages lost in transit. 2. In ciajewellery.com discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you. 3. Refunds will be made in customers online wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address. 2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address. 3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies 4. Package refused by the recipient. 5. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. 6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition. 7. If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged. 8. Minor color and design variations. Note : There may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
Product Exchange
If customer receives a wrong item or an item they did not order they are eligible for an exchange. After receiving the returned item and verifying the issue, the entire amount will add into the customers wallet. The customer can use this amount for their next purchase on the website. The customer can exchange or return the products in 3 days after shipment delivered. After 3 days you are not eligible for return or exchange.

All goods will be fully insured ciajewellery.com until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
