You may cancel a ready-to-ship order before it has been shipped.

If eligible, we will cancel your order and refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Pricing or product listing errors

• Payment verification issues

In such cases, you’ll be informed and any payment received will be refunded in full. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy for next steps.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Cia Jewellery regarding order cancellations.

Personalised or Customised Orders

Our custom-made jewellery is created exclusively for you and begins production after order confirmation.

• These orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins.

• Additional delivery time may be required based on the nature of customization.
