Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 48 business hours of placing the order. If this timeline is exceeded, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied on the total bill. However, you can get your product exchanged at 100% of its value post 48 business hours of order placement or before the order gets dispatched. Upon cancelling orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded to the cia wallet. Moreover, we would not be able to accept the cancellation of gold coins/bars, and customized jewellery under any circumstances.

The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like online vouchers or gift cards or cia wallet will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to cia jewllery wallet only and can be used for future purchases.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
