That’s why we proudly offer lifetime free plating services on all jewellery purchased directly from our official website, www.ciajewellery.com, or through our authorized partners. If the shine or finish of your jewellery fades over time, don’t worry — we’ll re-plate it for you at no extra cost. It’s our way of ensuring that your Cia jewellery continues to sparkle for years to come.

To avail of this service, simply write to us at info@ciajewellery.com or call us at +91 8188010109 with your order details and a photo of the item. Once our team reviews the request and confirms eligibility, we’ll guide you through the simple next steps. You’ll need to send the item back to us carefully packaged, along with the original invoice or proof of purchase, and any product certificate (if provided). Please note that while the plating service itself is completely free, the shipping charges both ways (to and from our service centre) will need to be borne by the customer. Once received, we’ll complete the re-plating process within 14–21 business days and ship your item back to you, beautifully refreshed.

Please note that this service covers only natural fading of plating over time and does not include damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or modifications done by anyone other than Cia Jewellery. Products bought from unauthorized sellers, altered items, or promotional gifts are also not eligible for this service.
