Cia Jewellery Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Cia Jewellery, we believe in offering jewellery that holds value, not just in beauty but also in trust. That's why we proudly offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from our official website: www.ciajewellery.com.

Exchange Eligibility

Our Exchange Policy is valid for original Cia Jewellery pieces that are unaltered, undamaged, and purchased from our official website. All returns are subject to inspection by our quality team, and their decision will be final.

Please note:

Exchange is not applicable on customised or personalised jewellery (including engraved items), repaired or altered jewellery by third parties, or products purchased during sales unless otherwise mentioned.

Exchange Value Structure

We offer the following Exchange value based on the time passed since the date of purchase:

• Within 12 months – 70% of the original purchase price

• Between 12 to 24 months – 50% of the original purchase price

• After 24 months – 25% of the original purchase price
  
  

Taxes, discounts, and logistic charges (if applicable) will be excluded from the final amount.

Condition for Exchange Approval

To process a Exchange, the following must be provided:

• Product in original, undamaged condition

• Original product invoice (or copy)

• Product authenticity certificate (if issued)

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Original warranty/authenticity card
  
  

Note: If any discount was given during the original purchase, it will be deducted from the Exchange value of lab-grown diamonds.

Product Inspection & Quality Check

Every Exchange item will go through a detailed quality check by our team. Only products that pass the inspection will be eligible for a refund under this policy.

Shipping Instructions

Customers must self-ship the product to our Lucknow office at (Acacia Tower, D-3/437,Sector-H, LDA Colony,Kanpur Road, Lucknow, 226012). All return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility. If Cia Jewellery arranges the pickup, actual logistic costs will be deducted from the Exchange amount.

All jewellery must be securely packed—preferably bubble-wrapped or in a padded box—to avoid transit damage.

For re-shipping, use only our official shipping partner: Shiprocket.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the date we receive the product at our office.
  

• Payment will be made via RTGS or NEFT only to the name and bank details matching the original invoice and valid ID.

Rights & Updates
